Texas Roadhouse is seeking a legendary Service Manager to oversee all Front of House daily operations, manage FOH employees, and ensure Legendary Food and Legendary Service for our guests.

We offer a comprehensive benefits package after 30 days and a pay range of $48,000–$55,000 annually. The role includes driving sales, enforcing policies, training, scheduling, and staff development in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of front-of-house management experience.
• Proven ability to drive guest satisfaction and sales.
• Experience training and developing staff.
• Knowledge of liquor laws and responsible service.
• Strong scheduling and performance evaluation skills.

Responsibilities

• Driving sales, steps of service, and guest satisfaction.
• Ensuring compliance with employment policies and restaurant cleanliness/safety.
• Providing or directing all Front of House training.
• Managing performance, coaching, and disciplinary actions.
• Managing liquor orders and controlling costs.
• Enforcing liquor laws and responsible service guidelines.
• Developing key employees through daily feedback and one-on-ones.
• Interviewing, hiring Front of House staff.
• Directing work, setting hours and weekly schedules.
• Creating a fun, safe environment aligned with core values and goals.
• Understanding and applying safe food handling procedures.
