Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to maintain a positive guest experience by ensuring safe, high‑quality food is prepared and served and that the restaurant crew is well trained.

This role keeps a clean, organized line, watches for safety issues, coordinates breaks and schedules, and assists with office tasks such as banking and paperwork. A high school diploma and restaurant experience are required.

Qualifications

• Must understand and articulate Chipotle's Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of food safety and health department matters.
• Ability to read/write/speak the primary language of the work location.
• Restaurant experience required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and quality food and that the restaurant crew is well trained.
• Keep a clean, organized line with properly functioning line equipment and assist with crew performance and scheduling.
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules; support training of front-of-house staff.
• Assist with office administration duties such as banking policies and general paperwork.
