Job summary

Perkins, part of JDK Management Company, is seeking a Restaurant Manager in Scranton, PA to lead front-of-house operations with energy and guest-focused leadership. You’ll develop your team, drive sales, and maintain a warm, welcoming atmosphere.

We offer a competitive pay range of $48,000–$58,000 per year, a standard 48-hour work week with flexible scheduling, and a benefits package including medical, dental, vision, paid time off, and a 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous management experience in family or casual dining preferred
• ServSafe Food Manager Certification preferred
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and remain on your feet for extended periods

Responsibilities

• Lead daily restaurant operations, ensuring high standards of service, quality, and efficiency
• Drive sales and uphold operational and service standards across the restaurant
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests and team members
• Uphold and model safe food-handling and operational practices
• Support the hiring, training, and development of all team members
• Step in where needed and take on additional responsibilities as part of a collaborative leadership team
