Responsibilities

• Polish silverware, glassware, and chinaware.
• Remove and replace glass racks in the dish area.
• Stock server-stations with glassware and silverware.
• Stock chinaware on the expo line.
• Remove dirty linen bags and retrieve clean linen for staff.
• Communicate glassware, plateware, and silverware shortages with management.
• Access stewarding storeroom to maintain pars on plateware, glassware, and flatware.
