The Global Ambassador is a forward‑looking hotel in the Phoenix metro area renowned for Michelin recognition and a dynamic, guest‑focused culture. We are seeking a Restaurant Porter to support back and front of house operations during service, ensuring clean, well‑stocked dining areas and smooth communication with the team.

Responsibilities

• Properly polish silverware, glassware, and chinaware.
• Remove and replace glass racks in the dish area.
• Help stock server-stations with glassware and silverware.
• Help stock chinware on the expo line.
• Remove dirty linen bag throughout service and retrieve clean linen for server and support staff.
• Communicate with management about glassware, plateware, and silverware shortages.
• Access stewarding storeroom to maintain pars on plateware, glassware, and flatware.

The restaurant porter is an important position that supports both the back and front of house before, throughout, and after service. This position requires someone who is positive, self-motivated, and a good communicator. Also, stamina, efficiency, and a good work ethic will be important for the position.

What You'll Do
