Responsibilities

• Greet guests with warmth and enthusiasm, creating a welcoming and positive experience.
• Accurately take and fulfill orders at counter and drive-thru.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in dining room, beverage station, and front counter areas.
• Ensure adherence to Food Safety and Sanitation guidelines in all guest-facing areas.
• Stay informed about new products and promotions from Chick-fil-A.
• Embed Mission, Vision, and Core Values in every guest interaction.
• Multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high service standards.
• Manage and restock FOH supplies, including condiments, utensils, and beverages.
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A policies and dress code at all times.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
