Qualifications

• Minimum of one year experience in the hospitality industry.

• Ability to work a variable full-time schedule (minimum of 38 hours per week with varied shifts) and stand for long periods.
• Energetic and self-motivated with the ability to stay focused in a busy, fast-paced environment.
• Desire to engage and contribute with a high-performance leadership team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Front of House operations including customer experience and guest satisfaction.
• Builds relationships with team and community.
• Owns FOH systems, training notes, and ensures expectations are met.
• Reports performance and sets goals in weekly leadership meetings.
• Leads or supports shifts to deliver World Class hospitality every day.
