Qualifications

• 2+ years in restaurant management or lead server role.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
• Excellent communication, leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Able to multitask and stay calm in high-volume environments.
• Experience with Toast POS systems and basic cash handling.
• Food Handler's Certification or RBS preferred.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front of house operations to ensure smooth service.
• Greet, seat, and serve guests in a welcoming atmosphere.
• Train, coach, and supervise front of house staff.
• Manage reservations, waitlists, and table turnover.
• Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly.
