Job summary

Boqueria Restaurant Group is seeking a Front of House Manager to own the floor, lead shifts, and coach a dynamic team to ensure guests enjoy Boqueria at its best. This role offers growth opportunities within a growing, founder-led restaurant group and weekly pay.

You will manage service standards, guide staff on the floor, and collaborate with leadership to create a positive, connected guest experience and a vibrant workplace culture.

Qualifications

Passion for hospitality and leading people.
Strong communication and feedback skills.
Experience leading shifts in high-volume restaurant.
Food safety certifications will be obtained and confirmed.

Responsibilities

Run the shift: set the tone on the floor and elevate guest experience.
Coach in the moment: train and support servers, bartenders, hosts and staff.
Read the room, check on tables and turn any miss into a reason to return.
Build the culture by living core values and creating a supportive workplace.
Partner with GM and AGM on service standards, labor on the floor, and DOH readiness.
