Job summary

Boqueria Washington DC is seeking a Front of House Manager to own the floor during busy shifts, lead the team, and ensure guests experience Boqueria at its best.

You will coach servers, bartenders, hosts and support staff in real time, partner with the GM, and uphold service standards, labor readiness and cleanliness. This role offers growth within a dynamic, founder-led restaurant group with strong hospitality values.

Qualifications

• Experience leading shifts or teams in a high-volume restaurant.
• Strong food and beverage knowledge.
• Excellent communication and staff development skills.
• Must be 18+ years old; food safety certifications obtained or in process.

Responsibilities

• Run the shift: set the tone on the floor and elevate guest experiences.
• Coach in the moment: train and support servers, bartenders, hosts and staff on the floor.
• Take care of guests: read the room and turn any issue into a return visit.
• Build the culture: embody Boqueria values and create a supportive, proud team environment.
• Support the leadership team: partner with the GM on service standards and DOH readiness.
