Skagway Brewing Company is seeking an experienced Front of House Manager to lead our service team and oversee the guest experience at our busy brewery and restaurant in Skagway, Alaska.

This role requires developing employees, optimizing operations, and staying hands-on on the floor during peak seasons. You will manage FOH staff, reservations, and guest relations, while coordinating with leadership and events teams to deliver outstanding service.

Qualifications

• Experience leading Front of House in a full-service setting.
• Ability to train, coach, and evaluate FOH staff.
• Strong knowledge of service standards and guest experience.
• Familiarity with restaurant tech and POS systems like Toast and Restaurant365.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop FOH team and staff.
• Manage daily FOH operations and ensure smooth service.
• Oversee reservations, guest flow, and large-party handling.
• Monitor service quality, ticket times, and cleanliness.
• Respond quickly to staffing challenges and high-volume periods.
