Qualifications

• Minimum age 18; must deliver friendly, world-class service.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to balance multiple tasks during busy hours.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• To deliver World Class Service to each Silver Gulch guest.
• Follows the Silver Gulch Front of House Dress Code.
• Greet and welcome guests as they enter the restaurant with a smile.
• Seat guests according to seating chart, rotating through servers.
• Estimate wait times during busy hours and coordinate seating with the manager on duty.
• Notify the appropriate server when seating a new table.
• Keep the host stand and surrounding area clean and sanitary.
• Abide by the Silver Gulch Service Expectations.
• Assist in cleaning dining room at night and perform end-of-day tasks.
