Pepp & Dolores Deerfield in Ohio is seeking an experienced Front of the House Manager to oversee daily operations at the new Deerfield location. The Hourly Manager reports to the General Manager and will lead both front and back-of-house teams, ensuring hospitality, food quality, and guest satisfaction.

This role requires physical movement and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, with a focus on maintaining high standards of safety and sanitation while upholding company procedures.

• Front of House management experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in leading the front of the house and back of the house teams.
• Develop all team members and uphold high standards.
• Execute taste plate to ensure highest quality of food product at all times.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with safety, sanitation and health standards.
