Kaw Gaming Incorporated in Oklahoma is seeking a Front of House Manager to lead the restaurant's front-of-house team at Rock & Brews Casino. You will supervise scheduling, training, guest service, and cash handling to ensure a smooth operation and excellent guest experiences.

This role collaborates with Back of House Manager and Food & Beverage Director to uphold service standards, food safety, and company policies, while ensuring compliance with gaming regulations.

Qualifications

• Three years of experience in restaurant management or a similar role preferred.
• Must pass required background and drug screenings and meet Kaw Nation Gaming Commission requirements for gaming licensure.
• Must be available to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and other shifts as needed.
• Must be able to lift items frequently, occasionally over 50 pounds, and perform duties requiring bending, stooping, walking, and standing.
• Must possess strong leadership, communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
• Must be able to manage multiple responsibilities, resolve problems, and lead employees in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily front-of-house restaurant operations to ensure efficient service and guest satisfaction.
• Schedule, train, supervise, and evaluate front-of-house employees.
• Ensure opening and closing duties are completed properly and cleanliness standards are maintained.
• Monitor staffing, inventory needs, and operating expenses to support department budgets and financial goals.
• Anticipate food and beverage service needs based on guest volume, business demands, and upcoming events.
• Maintain current employee food handler certifications and alcohol server licenses, as applicable.
• Work closely with the Back of House Manager to coordinate food preparation, order timing, and overall restaurant operations.
• Monitor food quality, presentation, order accuracy, and ticket times to ensure prompt, consistent service.
• Oversee cash drawer balancing and point-of-sale (POS) procedures for assigned shifts.
• Address guest concerns and complaints professionally and take appropriate action to resolve issues.
• Communicate expectations clearly, keep employees informed, and promote teamwork and a positive work environment.
• Delegate responsibilities, lead by example, and hold employees accountable for performance and conduct.
• Ensure employees follow established uniform, appearance, cleanliness, and service standards.
• Follow company policies, food safety requirements, and applicable tribal, state, and federal laws and regulations.
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor while representing Kaw Gaming Incorporated.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Food & Beverage Director or other authorized management personnel.
