Rock & Brews Casino is seeking a Security Officer to monitor and patrol casino property, ensuring safety for guests, staff, and assets. The role requires flexibility to work all shifts, including weekends and holidays, and the ability to pass background and drug screenings as per Kaw Nation Gaming Commission regulations.

Candidates with law enforcement or security experience, and a valid driver’s license, are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Current Driver's License required.
• C.L.E.E.T. certification preferred and must be obtained within six months of employment.
• Experience in law enforcement or security preferred.
• Must pass background and drug screening per Kaw Nation Gaming Commission regulations to obtain a gaming license.
• Medical Marijuana cards are accepted.

Responsabilités

• Escort casino assets and property during transportation between locations.
• Provide crowd control and assist local law enforcement during emergencies or critical incidents.
• Monitor guest behavior and respond to disturbances or suspicious activity promptly.
• Assist with investigations, write detailed incident reports, and maintain activity logs.
• Enforce all casino policies, procedures, and gaming regulations.
• Maintain readiness to respond to emergencies, fire alarms, or threats.
• Escort guests or employees as needed, including removal from the property when required.
• Maintain professional appearance and demeanor during company business.
• Follow all state, federal, and tribal laws and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

High school diploma or G.E.D. and current Driver’s License required. Preference towards individuals with C.L.E.E.T. certification (applicants must be certified within six months of employment) and experience in law enforcement or security. Candidates must pass background and drug screening per Kaw Nation Gaming Commission regulations to obtain a gaming license (Medical Marijuana cards are accepted). Flexibility to work any shift as needed or assigned—including weekends, evenings, and holidays is required. Physical requirements include standing/sitting for long periods of time, running, frequent lifting occasionally in excess of 50lbs, and pushing of heavy carts.

Responsibilities and Duties

The Security Officers of Rock & Brews Casino monitor and patrol casino property. This role is responsible for ensuring the safety and security of all guests, employees, and property by effectively assessing and resolving security incidents, enforcing regulatory compliance and internal policies, supervising security personnel, assisting with emergency response procedures, and promoting a safe, welcoming, and well-controlled environment throughout the casino.

• Assist with investigations, write detailed incident reports, and maintain accurate activity logs

• Maintain situational awareness and readiness to respond to emergencies, fire alarms, or potential security threats
• Escort guests or employees as needed, including the removal of individuals from the property when required
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor while conducting company business
• Follow all applicable state, federal, and tribal laws, regulations, and compliance requirements
