Stellina Pizzeria Tysons Corner is seeking an experienced hospitality professional to lead the Front of House team and deliver superb hospitality to guests and the community.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Direct supervision of the front of house employees daily, ensuring policies are followed and operations flow smoothly.
• Oversee the floor during service and ensure team stays on task and is properly delegated.
• Communicate with the kitchen/BOH to update menus and 86 items during service.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and engage in service recovery when issues arise.
• Interview, onboard, and train new employees and contribute to a positive work environment.
• Support sales, service, and appearance goals and maintain a safe, compliant operation.
• Assist with beverage inventory and ordering; ensure health and safety standards are met.

Join the Stellina Pizzeria Tysons Corner team!We are looking for an experienced, passionate hospitality professional to provide leadership support to the Front of House team and to provide superb hospitality to both our guests and our community. This person is vital to the daily operations of the restaurant and will directly support the success of the business.The ideal candidate works well in a dynamic and fast-paced environment and is quick on their feet while working effectively under pressure. Key Responsibilities:

• Direct supervision of the front of house employees on a daily basis, ensuring policies and processes are being followed and inspecting operational flow on a continuous basis;
• Responsible for overseeing the floor during service;
• ensuring the team stays on task and delegating assignments as needed;
• Communicate with chef team and BOH on keeping menus up to date and 86'd items throughout service if necessary;
• Ensure guest satisfaction;
• interacting with guests and engaging in service recovery when issues arise;
• Interviewing, onboarding, and training new employees;
• Be proactive in reaching our Company goals in sales, service, appearance;
• while creating a positive, fun and productive working environment;
• Ensure compliance with department of health standards, maintaining superior cleanliness and sanitation throughout the restaurant;
• Identify potential safety hazards and initiate corrective action;
• ensuring the restaurant is safe for both employees and guests.
• Assist withbeverage inventory and ordering.
• Fluent in Spanish is a plus!
