You will coach staff, manage scheduling and inventory, uphold service standards, and step in for the General Manager when needed, focusing on teamwork, communication, and profitability.

Qualificações

• 2+ years of management or supervisory experience in hospitality, food & beverage, or retail.
• Strong leadership skills to motivate and manage a diverse team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with scheduling, inventory management, and basic financial reporting.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
