• Wine and Spirits Certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Make, adjust, and cancel guest reservations.
• Answer calls before open hours to handle bookings and inquiries.
• Greet guests warmly, educate staff on welcoming guests, and drive hospitality culture.
• Manage floorplan to ensure efficient, high-quality service throughout seating.
• Act as liaison to VIPs and out-of-town guests for THE RANCH visit.
