Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-show briefings and assign usher placements.
• Collaborate with Box Office, Production, and Public Safety for smooth operations.
• Oversee FOH tasks including ADA seating, program distribution, and signage.
• Respond to patron needs and resolve seating or ticket issues with Box Office.
• Lead safety procedures as Fire Guard for Juilliard venues and manage evacuations when needed.
• Complete incident reports and event summaries; provide feedback on usher performance.
