Qualifications

• Experience in Box Office, House Management, or live events preferred.
• Experience with Vivenu or comparable ticketing software.
• Excellent customer service with a professional demeanor.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication.
• Ability to supervise front-of-house staff during live performances.

Responsibilities

• Open, prepare, and operate Box Office for performances and events.
• Sell and process tickets using Vivenu ticketing software.
• Handle will-call, comp tickets, exchanges, refunds, and other transactions.
• Assist patrons with seating, questions, and performance information.
• Maintain accurate records of ticket sales and holds.
• Monitor ticket availability and communicate updates to staff.
• Support day-of-performance ticketing and special ticketing initiatives.
• Prepare nightly front-of-house reports and communicate issues.
• Oversee front-of-house operations before, during, and after performances.
