Aubergine Kitchen is seeking a Customer Service Manager to own the front of house during shifts, ensuring hospitality standards and guest satisfaction. You will coach a guest-facing team, manage service flow, handle escalations, and partner with the General Manager to uphold brand experience across dining rooms and counters.

The role requires strong English communication, prior restaurant leadership, and the ability to train staff, monitor guest experience in real time, and maintain cleanliness

Formación

• Senior cashier, shift lead, or supervisory experience preferred.
• Full English fluency required for guest interactions.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Able to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs on shift.
• Ability to train and coach front-of-house staff.
• Availability to work full-time Monday–Saturday.

Responsabilidades

• Own the front of house during your shift, setting the hospitality standard for the team.
• Monitor the guest experience in real time and address gaps on the floor.
• Direct cashiers, runners, and lobby staff to ensure smooth service.
• Model warmth, attentiveness, speed, and genuine care for guests.
• Lead opening/closing front-of-house duties and ensure the area is guest-ready.
