Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead daily dining room service and uphold Verjus's hospitality standards.
• Oversee front-of-house preparation, service execution, and closing procedures.
• Coach, train, and develop FOH staff through feedback.
• Manage onboarding, scheduling, and performance discussions.
• Promote collaboration among service, culinary, wine, and reservations teams.
• Maintain guest relationships and address concerns with discretion.
