Job summary

Texas Roadhouse is seeking an Assistant Service Manager to support the Service Manager in daily Front of House operations. You will lead by example, supervise staff, train team members, and help develop a sales strategy focused on guest experience and efficiency.

In this role you will manage scheduling, ensure compliance with safety and alcohol service requirements, and partner with management to maintain our Legendary Food and Legendary Service standard across shifts.

Qualifications

• Front-of-house supervision experience in a restaurant.
