Chick-fil-A Colleyville Blvd. & Main in Colleyville, TX is seeking a Front of House Manager to lead shifts, coach team members, and uphold Chick-fil-A standards. This role drives guest experiences and team development by overseeing FOH systems and aligning each shift with the restaurant's mission.

You will build a strong FOH team, manage accountability, and support hiring, onboarding, and development programs while delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. Sundays off included.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant.
• Proven ability to coach and develop FOH team members.
• Strong communication and accountability across shifts.
• Experience managing cash, labor, and performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front of house operations across dining, drive-thru, and counter.
• Coach FOH Team Leaders and staff with real-time feedback.
• Manage cash accountability, labor, scheduling, and metrics.
• Champion food safety and maintain cleanliness in guest areas.
• Collaborate with Directors to improve guest experience.
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, and development.
