Cloverwood, Friendly Senior Living's premier independent living community in Pittsford, NY, seeks a Front of House Lead to supervise dining operations and mentor staff. You will lead the dining room team during meal service and uphold exceptional guest service in a warm, welcoming atmosphere.

What You'll Do

• Lead and support the dining room team during meal service

We're Looking for Someone Who Has

• Experience in fine dining, upscale restaurants, hotels, country clubs, senior living, or hospitality
• Previous experience as a Lead Server, Restaurant Supervisor, Shift Leader, Banquet Captain, or similar leadership role preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Qualifications of the Position

A combination of experience, education, and/or training which substantially demonstrates the following knowledge and skills:

Education: High School Diploma or GED

Experience: Minimum of one year job experience.
