Oak View Group is seeking an Assistant House Manager for the Seminole Theatre, ensuring front-of-house operations run smoothly during rentals and performances. You will assist the House Manager with show start/stop times, seating, holds, and patron guidance, while maintaining a positive customer experience.

The role involves crowd management, late seating, safety procedures, and coordinating with volunteer ushers.

Formación

• 3-5+ years in a similar capacity preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Able to follow detailed instructions and direction.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in selecting staff; train and motivate team; enforce discipline when needed.
• Plan and manage schedules for event setup and teardown.
• Oversee setup/cleanup of events and housekeeping of facilities.
• Monitor crew; provide guidance and support.
• Inspect buildings and grounds; address issues.
• Maintain supplies and equipment; process purchase orders.
• Coordinate event setups/breakdowns with other departments.
