Destination Hospitality Group is seeking a Host to welcome guests, manage reservations, and support the floor to keep service flowing in our resort dining environment.

You will seat guests, coordinate with servers and management, and maintain a clean, professional host stand while upholding DH standards. This role includes nights, weekends, and holidays as needed, with benefits and growth opportunities within the DH group.

• Ability to stand, walk, and host for extended periods; nights/weekends/holidays as needed.

POSITION SUMMARY

The Host is the first and last impression—setting the tone for hospitality from greeting to fond farewell. This role manages reservations and pacing, welcomes guests by name when possible, and supports the floor to keep service flowing.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

Guest Welcome & Flow

• Warmly greet guests, confirm reservations, and provideaccuratewait times; offer alternatives when needed.
• Seat thoughtfully based on server sections, pacing, and guest preferences.
• Maintain a clean, organized host stand; communicate delays with empathy and accuracy.

Reservations & Communication

• Manage OpenTable settings,notes, and turn times; capture preferences and special occasions.
• Coordinate with servers, expo, and management to balance covers and deliver smooth handoffs.

Support & Teamwork

• Assistwith menus, waters, bussing/resetting as needed tomaintainmomentum.
• Uphold DH standards for appearance, cleanliness, and professionalism.
• Friendly, professional communication; poise under pressure.
• Basic OpenTable or reservation system experience preferred.
• Ability to stand, walk, and host for extended periods; nights/weekends/holidays as needed.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Compensation

• Dining Discount Privileges across the DH group (50% off for you +1; please reserve and visit during non-peak times)

• Sick pay accrual per state guidelines
• Health insurance eligibility for full‑time year‑round team members: pre‑tax employer contribution up to $125 per pay period; medical, dental, vision, and accidentplansavailable
• Paid time off for full‑time year‑round team members: up to40 hoursPTOaccruedper2,080 hoursworked, escalating to80 hoursafter 3 years of service; paid sick leave per Colorado law
