Qualifications

• Must speak English fluently and write in basic English.
• Food Handlers Card.
• Experience greeting guests and seating.

Responsabilités

• Greeting guests as they enter and adding them to a waiting list when needed.
• Providing guests with menus and answering initial questions.
• Seating guests at tables or in waiting areas.
• Assigning guests to tables to balance rotation and ensure servers have appropriate coverage.
• Engaging with guests to ensure satisfaction with food and service.
• Responding to complaints and helping resolve them.
• Answering phone calls, taking reservations and fielding questions.
