Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly upon arrival.
• Seat guests and present menus.
• Manage waitlists and provide accurate wait time estimates.
• Record guest names and party sizes accurately.
• Notify guests when tables become available and call out names.
• Relay messages to servers and bussers as needed.
• Maintain a clean host area and restrooms as part of the front-of-house.
• Thank guests as they leave and invite them to return.
