Cunningham Restaurant Group's RIZE Ironworks in Indianapolis is seeking a friendly Host/Hostess to warmly welcome guests, manage seating, and maintain an efficient front-of-house flow. You will handle waitlists, reservations, assist guests with menus, and coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure a smooth dining experience.

• Previous host/hostess experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided.

Responsabilidades

• Guest greeting and seating; manage waitlist and reservations; escort guests to tables and present menus.
• Reservation management: take/confirm reservations and update the book.
• Guest assistance: provide menu information, daily specials, and promotions; coat check as applicable.
• Communication and coordination: coordinate with servers/kitchen to ensure smooth seating and flow.
• Keep host stand clean and organized; ensure menus and promos are stocked.
