Job summary

Zaxby’s Front-of-House Team Member/Cashier role in Stonecrest, GA invites energetic individuals who can welcome guests, take accurate orders, and handle payments with a smile. You will help keep the dining area clean, stock supplies, and stay aware of menu updates and promotions.

This fast-paced position requires reliability, coachability, and teamwork. Training is provided, and opportunities to grow within the team are available.

Qualifications

• Be at least 16 years old.
• Be available to work at least nine hours each week.
• Communicate clearly through speaking, reading, and writing.
• Follow instructions and operating procedures.
• Work well with guests and team members.
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance.
• Work quickly while protecting accuracy and quality.
• Arrive for every scheduled shift on time and prepared.
• Previous restaurant experience is helpful but not required. We will train the right person.

Responsibilities

• Welcome every guest with energy and respect.
• Take accurate orders using the point-of-sale system.
• Answer menu questions and make helpful suggestions.
• Accept cash and electronic payments.
• Count and verify register tills when assigned.
• Package and present orders with care.
• Keep the front counter and dining room clean.
• Clean and restock guest restrooms.
• Stock beverages, condiments, paper goods, and supplies.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas.
• Stay aware of promotions and menu updates.
• Follow food safety and operating procedures.
• Report equipment and maintenance concerns.
• Complete the Zaxby’s Front-of-House Development Plan.
• Participate in hands-on station training.
• Support teammates wherever help is needed.
• Complete other duties assigned by restaurant leadership.
