Job summary

Zaxby's in Douglas, GA is looking for enthusiastic Team Members to join our fast-paced dining team. You will greet customers, help with cash transactions, assist with food prep, and keep dining and kitchen areas clean and organized.

As a Team Member, you’ll collaborate with colleagues to deliver high-quality service during peak hours, handle stock and inventory tasks, and follow safety and sanitation guidelines. No prior experience required; we’ll train you on our processes and standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in food service or grocery store environments is preferred but not required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Commitment to maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with service in a friendly manner.
• Operate cash registers and process transactions accurately.
