Kids for the Future in Denver, CO seeks a Support and Expo to greet guests, assist in the kitchen, and coordinate food delivery. The role blends Front of House duties with back-of-house support and requires flexibility to cover varied shifts.

You will be the first and last impression for guests, ensure accurate orders, maintain a clean service area, and work with urgency to deliver meals on time. Training is available and tips supplement base pay.

Formación

• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to provide direction in a fast-paced environment; manage time effectively and work well in a team environment.
• Must possess excellent customer relations, sales, & communication skills.
• Must always possess during employment a valid Washington State Department of Health card and any other government required cards.
• A desire to learn, grow, and a passion for progress in this career.
• Possess the ability to work in a team environment.
• Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure.

Responsabilidades

• Inspects and approves plates, maintains plate finishing and accompaniments, and coordinates with food runners.
• Communicates between Front and Back of House, manages guest requests, and To-Go orders.
• Restocks wares and condiments; maintains safety and sanitation standards per Health Dept.
• Maintains product quality for station ingredients like garnishes and chilled items.
• Works with urgency and completes opening, ongoing, and closing side work.
• Monitors ticket times to ensure timely guest requests.
• Ensures plates are at the correct temperature.
• Maintains a safe, sanitary, and secure environment.
