Qualifications

• 2+ years of restaurant management in a high-volume, full-service setting.
• Outgoing, charismatic, and exceptional communicator with strong people skills.
• Flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Familiarity with modern POS, labor scheduling, and inventory systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a high-energy dining room and bar presence to guest experience.
• Recruit, onboard, and train servers, bartenders, hosts, and bussers.
• Lead shifts, manage seating, ticket times, and labor scheduling; ensure compliance.
