Job summary

Brienzo’s Pizza + Bar is seeking Front of House Team Members to deliver outstanding hospitality across Host, Server, Food Runner, Busser, and Cashier roles. You will support smooth restaurant operations with urgency, teamwork, and clear communication.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, taking orders, delivering food, handling payments, and maintaining cleanliness. Candidates should be able to work collaboratively and adapt to busy shifts, while upholding high hospitality standards.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication to greet guests and handle inquiries.
• Strong customer service skills to ensure a positive guest experience.
• Able to work in a team and support FOH and BOH as needed.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced dining environment.
• Physically able to stand/walk for long periods and lift up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and manage seating and wait lists.
• Take orders, provide menu recommendations, and ensure timely service.
• Deliver accurate orders and maintain table cleanliness during service.
• Handle takeout orders and payments; assist with closing duties.
• Maintain professional appearance and comply with sanitation standards.
