Jacobs Entertainment, Inc. is seeking a White Buffalo Cashier/Host at The Lodge Casino in Black Hawk, CO. This full-time hourly position offers a base pay of $16.00 per hour plus tips, with a comprehensive benefits package.

You will be responsible for greeting and seating guests, maintaining flow, handling questions about activities, and ensuring knowledge of menus and hours. English fluency, cash handling, and strong communication are essential.

Qualificações

• Must be fluent in English.
• Must have strong communication skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and cash handling skills.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent Work Experience
• Background in large volume fast paced restaurant preferred
• Identification that establishes identity
• Identification that establishes the right to work in the United States

Responsabilidades

• Maintain bank, greet and seat customers.
• Assists in maintaining the flow of the room; thereby facilitating turn-over of tables.
• Relay customer complaints and compliments to the supervisor.
• Familiar with all menu items, menu prices and hours of operation.
• Assisting customers with questions regarding activities within the casino for that day.
• Assist other team members as necessary.
• Other related duties including but not limited to complying with Colorado Limited Gaming Act, Colorado Gaming Rules and Regulations, Colorado Internal Control Minimum Procedures, Colorado Liquor and Beer Codes, Federal requirements for Anti-Money Laundering, Company Policies, and IRS reporting
