Jacobs Entertainment, Inc. is seeking a White Buffalo Steakhouse Busser at The Lodge Casino in Black Hawk, CO. This full-time hourly non-exempt position supports the dining team with bussing, table setup, and pre-opening duties in a high-pace restaurant environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent work experience.
• Obtain and maintain current TIPS certification.
• Identification that establishes identity.
• Identification that establishes the right to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Pre-bussing and setting tables – must carry a tray with empty plates and glasses.
• Must reset and clear a table in a timely manner and set up tables in the dining room.
• Pre-opening duties as a busser – five-sensing room.
• Prepare salads ahead of time for servers.
• Folding napkins.
• May be called upon to assist other staff as needed.
• Practice TIPS awareness and responsible service of alcohol.
