Qualifications

• Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) required.
• Minimum of one (1) year commercial truck driving experience OR CDL school certificate.

Responsibilities

• Drive front-load or ancillary equipment along designated routes to collect solid waste and transport to post-collection facilities.
• Open container enclosures or gates to access cans and reposition cans for dumping.
• Perform daily pre- and post-trip inspections; submit a vehicle condition report.
• Interact courteously with customers along the route and report issues to supervisor.
• Maintain and submit logs: route/productivity sheet and vehicle condition report as required by law or policy.
• Back up using mirrors to distances of approx. 120 feet or more.
