Job summary

ProSync Technology Group, LLC (ProSync) seeks an experienced Systems Engineer I or Systems Administrator II to provide hands‑on system administration, configuration, and maintenance across mission‑critical environments. You will support users, install and patch systems, and collaborate with engineering and mission partners to ensure reliability.

Qualified candidates have strong breadth in systems and a track record of operational excellence; an active TS/SCI with Polygraph is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Systems Engineering or related field with 11 total years of experience; OR seven years plus degree substitute.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or related field with 15 total years of experience; OR ten years plus degree substitute.
• Hands-on experience with system installs, configurations, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
• Ability to support users/customers in operational environments.
• Active Top Secret/SCI with Polygraph is required.

Responsibilities

• Front‑Line System Administration — daily sys admin tasks incl. configuration, installation, patching, monitoring, troubleshooting.
• Customer & User Support — direct support to users, resolving issues, ensuring system availability.
• System Configuration & Maintenance — configure servers/services/apps; maintain integrity and operations.
• Operational Troubleshooting — diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network issues in mission environments.
• Deployment & Installations — support installation and deployment of new systems and upgrades.
• Cross‑Team Collaboration — work with team, mission partners, engineering staff to support workflows.
• Documentation & Reporting — maintain documentation of configurations, changes, troubleshooting steps, procedures.
• Issue Escalation — escalate complex issues to management and senior engineers.
