Job summary

• Advanced degree requirements include Doctorate or Masters with manufacturing leadership experience.
• Experience in manufacturing or operations is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and coach a manufacturing team to meet safety, quality, and production targets.
• Support design, build, commissioning, and readiness milestones for a new facility expansion and startup.
• Ensure cgmp-compliant execution and drive performance across safety, quality, schedule and cost.
• Coordinate technology transfer and process implementation with cross-functional partners.
