The Magnum Ice Cream Company is seeking a Front-Line Manager to oversee production and warehousing activities for a ~25-person shift. You will lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and TPM to drive safety, quality, and efficiency across the site.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of supervisory manufacturing experience, strong communication skills, and knowledge of OEE and Loss Tree. SAP and warehouse-management experience are preferred, with a strong emphasis on teamwork

Qualificações

• Associate’s degree or high school diploma with relevant experience.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory/lead experience in manufacturing.
• Experience in production and materials management required.
• Preferred Six Sigma / Lean Manufacturing / continuous improvement background.
• Ability to lead, coach, and motivate teams toward autonomy.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and deadline management skills.
• Knowledge of OEE and Loss Tree for improvements is required.
• SAP and warehouse management experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Drive manufacturing performance in safety, quality, productivity, cost, delivery, and morale.
• Oversee site activities; communicate, investigate and improve performance.
• Develop shift employees through training, coaching, and feedback.
• Supervise manufacture of quality products per GMP and specs.
• Assess staffing needs to meet production schedules.
• Ensure safe work environment with proper training and action plans.
• Prepare and analyze manufacturing reports on quality, efficiency, and waste.
• Enforce company policies and pursue process improvements.
• Plan plant trials for new product innovations.
• Be a member of Hazmat team and support safety initiatives.
