Magnum Ice Cream Company (TMICC) seeks an Engineering Specialist to advance world-class factories, leading change management on projects and ensuring inputs for innovations, VIP transfers, recipe changes, and line extensions.

You will work with line crews daily, train teams, perform risk assessments, budget and execute trials, and validate improvements to eliminate losses and improve stability. Strong engineering credentials and CAD familiarity are required.

Formación

• Degree OR National Diploma in Mechanical, Chemical or Electrical Engineering.
• Evidence of eliminating wastes and losses from production lines.
• Strong engineering leadership credentials with ability to manage significant projects.
• Experience with statistics and process control tools (AM, PM, FI, EEM/EPM).
• Ability to manage multiple projects in parallel and coordinate with stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Directly work with line crews and act as technical trainer.
• Coach teams on root cause analysis and counter-measures.
• Manage CAPEX across projects (Infrastructure, Automation, Growth, Savings).
• Coordinate project budgeting, factory trials, and process manual development.
• Validate all process improvements and sustain line stability.
