Job summary

Magnum Ice Cream Company in Sikeston, Missouri, seeks a Manufacturing Manager to lead production at the Sikeston Facility, driving ICMS standards and a 24/7 operation to improve safety, quality, output and costs. You will manage a team of area leads and supervisors, enforce GMP and HACCP, and implement lean initiatives, with strong focus on safety culture and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years manufacturing experience.
• Proven leadership experience in management or supervisory roles, including leading teams in a 24/7 manufacturing operation.
• Driving continuous improvement initiatives (UMS, WCM, TPM, Lean Manufacturing).
• Fully understand and enforce Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) in the Ice Cream plant.
• Familiar with HACCP principals, implementation, and facilitation.

Responsibilities

• Reporting to the Associate Director of Manufacturing, you will lead a motivated team of Manufacturing Area Leads, Supervisors, and manufacturing employees.
• You will be responsible for all key business metrics and for the site in the absence of the Associate Director, managing a 24/7 manufacturing operation to ensure compliance with Safety, Health, Environment and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) requirements.
• Actively participate in the implementation of all sites specific safety and environmental programs, with the ability to lead a world class safety culture.
• Active member of the Central Safety Health Environmental Committee (CSHEC), specific ownership of several site safety Programs.
