Qualifications

• Bachelor-level or Master-level qualifications in actuarial science, economics, finance, risk management and insurance, or statistics.
• 1–3 years of business analysis, claims, client relations, fraud, insurance, IT infrastructure management, medical devices, people leadership, QA, regulatory affairs, sales, aftersales or supply chain management experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high-volume low complexity claim from beginning to end.
• Investigate automobile accidents to determine cause and liability.
• Analyze insurance policies and relevant laws to determine coverage scope.
• Negotiate repairs and settlements with claimants.
• Provide regular updates on automobile claims to policyholders and stakeholders.
• Assess damage and determine cost of repairs.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficient handling of claims.
• Participate in meetings and training to stay updated on policies and procedures.
• Maintain high accuracy and ethical compliance in claims handling.
