Job summary

Genpact seeks a Specialist in Process Analytics focusing on Claims & Underwriting to advance risk analytics. You will handle catastrophe modeling, exposure analysis, and treaty-related processing while leveraging RMS tools and SQL for daily data tasks.

The role requires deep knowledge of RiskLink/RiskModeler, strong Excel skills, and the ability to deliver timely insights to support risk management decisions in a remote setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in portfolio analytics and catastrophe modeling for insurance or reinsurance.
• Strong knowledge of RMS (Risk Link) and backend data models.
• Proficiency with Excel data analysis and SQL querying.
• Familiarity with treaty modeling and risk reporting processes.
• Ability to deliver accurate analyses under tight monthly cycles.

Responsibilities

• Understand treaties and FAC submissions and apply terms accordingly.
• Update and model accounts in RiskLink/RiskModeler.
• Import portfolio exposure and analyze results in RiskLink/RiskModeler.
• Reconcile EDM to explain exposure variations across portfolios.
• Develop and run SQL scripts for daily processing tasks.
• Generate insights to improve risk management using client data.

Job Description

Responsibilities and Skillset:

• Understanding of treaties & FAC submissions
• Update/Model accounts in RiskLink/RiskModeler
• Apply terms & conditions, treaty information etc.
• Import and validate portfolio exposure summary and analyze results in RiskLink/RiskModeler
• EDM reconciliation to identify the reason of variations in the exposure results as compared to previous portfolio
• Create/ modify/ run SQL scripts to perform day-to-day process steps
• Generate insights that enables better risk management based on knowledge of client data
• Relevant years of experience in Portfolio Analytics/ CAT modeling/Treaty Modelling
• Experience in Moody’s RiskLink/RiskModeler catastrophe model is must
• Advanced knowledge of RMS (Risk Link)/AIR & backend schema
• Knowledge of Treaty modeling preferred
• Proficiency in MS Excel & SQL
• Ability to deliver timebound tasks
• Ability to manage the work pressure during the monthly portfolio roll‑up cycle
• Work as a team player & highly motivated with strong problem‑solving skills
• Good Communication skills
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and SQL preferred
• Excellent analytical ability
• High speed of execution
• Coaching & mentoring skills
