Job summary

Genpact seeks a Front Line Manager - Insurance - P&C Claims to oversee high-volume auto claims from intake to resolution. You will investigate accidents, interpret policies, negotiate settlements, and keep stakeholders informed.

Strong leadership and knowledge of regulatory requirements are essential. Qualifications include bachelor degrees in actuarial science, economics, finance, risk management and insurance, or a masters in statistics, plus related certifications and Power BI expertise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level or higher in actuarial science, economics, finance, risk management and insurance, or statistics.
• Industry-recognized certifications related to insurance and data analytics are a plus.
• Experience in claims management and regulatory compliance is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high-volume low complexity claim from start to finish.
• Investigate automobile accidents to determine cause and liability.
• Analyze policies and laws to determine coverage scope for auto claims.
• Negotiate repairs and settlements with claimants.
• Provide regular updates to policyholders and team members.

• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficiency.
• Participate in meetings and training on policy changes and procedures.

Job Description

• Manage a high-volume low complexity claim from beginning to end.
• Investigate automobile accidents to determine the cause and liability, including reviewing police reports and conducting interviews with witnesses in some cases.
• Analyzing insurance policies and relevant laws and regulations to determine the scope of coverage related to automobile accidents.
• Negotiate repairs and settlements with claimants.
• Provide regular updates on automobile claims to policyholders, insured, claimant, and other members of the claims team.
• Assess damage to vehicles involved in accidents, including reviewing repair estimates, and determining the cost of repairs.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, such as claims adjusters and clients, to ensure that all activities related to automobile claims are conducted efficiently and effectively.
• Participate in departmental meetings and training sessions to stay informed about policy changes and new procedures.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail to ensure that all activities related to automobile claims are conducted ethically and in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
