Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts is looking for an energetic associate to keep the front floor stocked, greet customers, and help locate parts or direct them to a parts specialist. In larger installer-volume stores you may serve as stock puller, coordinate with delivery teams, and assist with quarterly inventories while maintaining safety.

Bilingual candidates are encouraged; fluency in Spanish is highly valued, and you will contribute to a friendly, efficient shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Good numerical aptitude and strong organizational skills.
• Stocking experience is preferred.
• Ability to drive a manual transmission vehicle.
• Bilingual candidates, Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and help locate merchandise or direct them to a parts specialist.
• Check in, price, and stock merchandise.
• Keep merchandise fronted, full, and clean on a daily basis; maintain planograms.
• Assist with stock transfers, deliveries, and installer-related stock pulls.
