Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a friendly sales associate to greet customers, locate parts, and keep the store floor stocked and clean. You will support merchandising displays, update pricing, and assist with sales promotions on a daily basis.

Ideal candidates may be bilingual and comfortable working with diverse customers. The role involves stock handling, security duties, and coordination with delivery staff to ensure timely planner and installer deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers on the sales floor and assist them in locating merchandise or direct them to a parts specialist when needed.
• Check in, price, and stock merchandise; keep the floor stocked, fronted, and clean daily.
• Make display changes per planograms and ensure sale signs are in place.
• Operate as main shoplifting deterrent and support store security.
• Assist with stock adjustments, cycle counts, and installer deliveries with the ISS team.
