Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking team members to stock the front floor, greet customers, and assist with locating merchandise, including directing to a parts specialist for hard parts.

The role emphasizes bilingual capability (Spanish encouraged), stock checks, price updates, display upkeep, and collaboration with management to complete the store To-Do List and weekly tasks, while maintaining a secure storefront.

Qualifications

• Good aptitude for dealing with numbers sequences; strong organizational skills.
• Previous stocking experience; ability to drive a manual transmission vehicle.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Greet customers on the sales floor and assist them in locating merchandise or direct them to a parts specialist if needed.
• Check in, price, and stock items; keep merchandise on the display floor fronted and clean daily.
• Make all out-front price changes and ensure sale signs are in place; restock sale merchandise as needed.
• Assist with stock adjustments, cycle counts, and overstock returns; support store to-do lists and weekly tasks.
