Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a store associate to greet customers, locate merchandise, and keep front areas stocked and clean. Duties include updating displays, handling price changes, and assisting with stock transfers from the Hub store.

Qualifications

• Must have good aptitude for dealing with numbers and strong organizational skills.
• Fluency in multiple languages is highly desired; Spanish preferred.
• Previous stocking or merchandising experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist in locating merchandise on the sales floor.
• Check in, price, and stock shelves; ensure displays are fronted and clean.
• Make display changes per planograms and sign placement.
• Assist with stock adjustments, cycle counts, and deliveries with the Hub store.
• Serve as front floor security and support O’Reilly Image Maker duties.
